Document Description
The Department is issuing an amendment to Streambed Alteration Agreement 1600-2009-0137-R4, issued to the Southern California Gas Company. The Project invovles excavating, cleaning, and wrapping approximately 125 feet of existing pipe with protective coating. The amendment includes changing the project description to remove the existing pipe from the main channel of Huerheuro Creek at Site 4 and replace by horizontal directional drilling approximately 25 feet north of the existing alignment, and installing new pipeline via trenching in the adjacent, abandoned braided channel to the west of the main channel.
