Document Description
The Project includes the repair of a small dent located near the top of an exisitng 6-inch diameter crude oil pipeline called the Carbo Canyon Line. The pipeline will be excavated in the vicinity of the dent in order to install a steel sleeve around the dented portion of the pipeline. If the dent is larger than expected, or a sleeve cannot be installed, the line will be purged and cut, and the section of pipe will be replaced.
