Document Description
The proposed project is an amendment to an existing agreement between the San Diego Unified Port District (District) and Waste Management for dumpster services at various District locations. The amendment to the agreement includes an extension of the existing dumpster services agreement from June 30, 2014 to December 31, 2014 and an agreement amount increase of $46,549.76 for a new total not to exceed the amount of $299,441.17. Dumpster services under the agreement will include hauling trash from District properties to landfill locations, delivery and pick up of dumpster containers, and as-needed waste removal related to a high volume of debris, construction materials, green waste, and general rubbish generated by District activities.
