The proposed project is the Pacific Arts Movement Outdoor Cinema Series, which will take place at Cesar Chavez Park on Friday, May 23, 2014, and at Pepper Park on Saturday, May 31, 2014. The District will provide event sponsorship and financial assistance for the events, free outdoor film screenings. Light refreshments such as water, soft drinks, and popcorn will be available at the events. The events each have expected attendances of over 100 people. Parking will be available at the parking lots serving Cesar Chavez Park and Pepper Park.
