The project will involve drilling two boreholes below the ordinary high watermark, but outside of the active channel, in Seiad Creek a tributary to the Klamath River. The drilling will occur from the bridge deck. Each borehole will be approximately 4-6 inches in diameter and less than 150 feet deep.
