Document Description
The proposed project is a tidelands use and occupancy permit (TUOP) to Clear Channel Outdoor, Inc. (tenant) for their use of approximately 1,870 square feet of second floor roof area in which the lower floors are not leased or occupied by tenant and includes a 16-foot-wide nonexclusive access area of approximately 8,376 square feet located at 1420 West Palm Street in the city of San Diego. The area proposed for use under this TUOP will be used only and exclusively for the purpose of maintaining, operating, improving, suppelmenting, posting, illuminating, repairing, repositioning and/or removing existing outdoor advertising structures, panels, signs, copy and any other equipment and accessories as the tenant may place thereon and for no other purposes whatsoever.
