Document Description
The proposed project is a renewal tidelands use and ocupancy permit (TUOP) to Park & Go, Inc. (Tenant) for their continued use of approximately 102, 512 square feet of land area located at 2535 Pacific Highway in the City of San Diego. The area proposed for use under this TUOP will be used only and exclusively for the purpose of an attended parking lot for passengers to and from the San Diego International Airport (SDIA) and cruise terminal and for no other purposes whatsoever. The Tenant will be responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations associated with the activities on or in connection with the above-described premises, and in all uses thereof, including those regulating stormwater and hazardous materials.
