Document Description
The proposed project is a tidelands use and occupancy permit (TUOP) to Clear Channel Outdoor, Inc. (tenant) for their use of approximately 1,025 square feet of tideland area located at 1502 Palm Avenue in the city of San Diego. The area proposed for use under this TUOP will be used only and exclusively for the purpose of maintaining, operating, improving, supplementing, posting, illuminating, repairing, repositioning and/or removing existing outdoor advertising structures, including without limitation, fixture connections, electrical and broadband supply and connections, panels, signs, copy and any other equipment and accessories as the tenant may place thereon and for no other purposes whatsoever.
