Document Description
The proposed project is a renewal Tidelands Use and Occupancy Permit (TUOP) to Elon Frank Taliaferro (Tenant) for the use of 1,793 square feet of tideland area located north of 2849 Qualtrough Street in the City of San Diego. The tidelands area proposed for use under this TUOP will be used only and exclusively for the purpose of nonexclusive public pedestrian ingress and egress and continued maintenance of existing landscaped and paved surfaces and for no other purpose whatsoever. No new development, construction, or increase in the size of the property is proposed or authorized as part of the TUOP. In addition, the TUOP does not allow activities for potential future improvements of the Tenant to interfere with use and enjoyment of the tidelands area to and from the San Diego Bay by the general public.
