Document Description
The proposed project is the renewal of an existing Rental Agreement (Agreement) to Norton Lilly International, Inc. (Norton Lilly) (Tenant) for their use of approximately 385 square feet of office space and one (1) parking space in Warehouse C on the Tenth Avenue Marine Terminal (TAMT) in the City of San Diego. Office space will be provided on the second floor, and the parking space will be provided on the northeast side of Warehouse C. The office space is currently used for office use and parking will be used only and exclusively for the purpose of office-related uses in support of Tenant's existing shipping agent business on the TAMT and for no other purpose whatsoever.
