Document Description
Project is limited to the installation of two (2) eighty-four (84) inch diameter reinforced concrete pipes with a flat concrete headwall. On February 28, 2014, the existing corrugated metal pipe culvert collapsed and caused the existing water line to break washing out the road. The Permittee excavated the corrugated metal pipe culvert, asphalt, road base, and rip-rap on March 3, 2014. The project includes installation of two (2) larger pipe culverts to provide a flow capacity in excess of a 100-year storm event.
