Document Description
Fish and Wildlife is proposing toe execute a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2013-0245-R5. The Applicant proposes to expand the existign RV storage facility by increasing the paved area to provide additional stalls, and adding a new equipment storage building. The expanded area would icnlude storm drains to collect and convey runoff from the new paved surfaces, and an infiltration basin.
The project will remove debris, re-contour, and install Armormax slope protection along a portion of the embankment located between the existing RV storage facility and the Arroyo Simi. Additionally, the southeastern edge of the embankment would be graded and reinforced with a soil cement treatment of the slope for erosion protection from the Arroya Sim. A stormwater outlet will be installed to discharge excess stormwater from the infiltration basin to the ephemeral drainage adjacent to the western site boundary, which would result in a temporary disturbance associated with trenching and site preparation.
