Rolling Hills used for grazing / A-80 Exclusive Agricultural District / AL Agricultural Lands
The applicant proposes construction of 125 homes on a 30 acre portion of the 771 acre project site. The balance of the land would be dedicated to East Bay Regional Park District for parks/recreation/open space and agriculture use. A small portion (7 acres) would be offered for dedication to the San Ramon Valley Fire District for their potential use. The project also involves a realignment of the Contra Costa County Urban Limit Line to encompass the 30 acre residential development area.
