Amendment to El Dorado Hills Specific Plan (EDHSP) incorporating multifamily residential use and related standards in the Village T area of the EDHSP for project site, and designated project site as "Urban Infill Residential" within the Village T area; 3. Rezone of project site from General Commercial-Planned Development GC-PD to Multifamily Residential-Planned Development RM-PD; and 4. Revision to approved Town Center East Development Plan incorporating multifamily residential use, and modification of design guidelines and development standards.
