The project would improve personal watercraft access at three locations on Humboldt Bay, including landside features such as parking lot improvements, loading/unloading areas, and low- freeboard docks for launching watercraft, at 3 locations: 1) Arcata Marsh and Wildlife Sanctuary Boat Launch Facility - New dock for launching personal watercraft. 2) Samoa Boat Ramp County Park - Parking lot restriping, new personal watercraft unloading area, and new pedestrian access trail connecting the parking lot and beach. 3) Woodley Island Marina Personal Watercraft Dock - New dock for launching personal watercraft.
