Document Description
The proposed project includes the removal of the Truckee River Bridge (17C-045) and Hinton Overhead Bridge (17C-046), improvements associated with an alternative access route along West Hinton Road (Boca Quarry Road), Hinton Road, and development of the new "Quarry Bypass Road". Once the Truckee River Bridge and Hinton Overhead Bridge is removed Hirschdale Road between the western approach of the Truckee River Bridge and eastern approach of the Hinton Overhead Bridge would be closed to through traffic (public access) by Nevada County.
