The Department of Fish and Wildlife (Department) is issuing an Agreement for three encroachments in a project that will reconstruct the roadway, construct deep underdrains and underdrain outlets, remove, replace and re-line culverts, realign and extend a downdrain, and install rock slope protection below downdrains to dissipate energy and provide erosion control.
