Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0209-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Bill Gamlen/Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit (SMART) District. This project involves site restoration and preservation. All on-site infrastructure will be removed and the property will be restored to create 8.08 acres of tidal marsh wetlands. The existing 4.55 acres of muted tidal marsh wetlands will be rehabilitated by creating a direct connection to San Antonio Creek. All other land will be preserved.
