Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0165-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency, as represented by Pete Ghelfi. The amendment includes the conversion of a temporary haul road to a permanent access along the waterside levee toe. The permanent access will result in 0.14 additional acres of permanent seasonal wetland impact, previously classified as temporary.
