Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0190-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Gilroy. Project activities began without obtaining an Agreement and a Notice of Violation was issued. The Agreement includes work done since the NOV was issued. The Project includes a 5,500 linear feet trail along West Branch Llagas Creek that will be constructed on an existing maintenance road. The curved bridge over Milley Slough will be approximately 12 feet in width and approximately 68 feet in length. There will be 4 soil retaining wingwalls and a concrete curb and metal railing each each of the wingwalls.
