Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-201 8-0083-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Sonoma County Water Agency. The Project consists of the habitat enhancements within the second of the six required restoration miles. The footprint ofimpact for Reach 14 will be approximately 6.24 acres over a 0.77-mile long stretch of Dry Creek. In total, this project will enhance approximately 6.19 acres over 0.77 stream miles. Project activities would consist of actions such as dewatering, diverting creek flows around work area, stockpiling of materials, removal of vegetation, excavation of the habitat enhancement feature areas, and placement of boulder and log structures.
