Document Description
The project includes the maintenance of approximately 6.6 acres of existing vineyard, and the conversion of chaparral, grassland, and mixed oak woodland to 24.2 acres (19.7 net acres) of vineyard within a 61.2-acre holding. The project proposes the maintenance of proposed erosion control measures within 9 vineyard blocks with topography ranging from gently to steeply sloping (slopes typically 9% to 28%, with an average of 14.3%) at elevations between approximately 1,000 and 1,380 feet above mean sea level.
