In accordance with State Law, the City of Napa proposes to adopt a General Plan Amendment (GPA), updating the General Plan's Housing Element for the 2015-2023 planning period. No changes to land use designations or development standards are proposed. No specific development projects would be approved in connection with adoption of the draft Housing Element, and all future developments will be subject to CEQA review.
