Document Description
The project site is currently developed with a single story single family dwelling and a detached garage on a 19,367 sf parcel. The site is in the coastal zone, in an archeologically sensitive area, and an environmentally sensitive habitat area. The project proposes to remodel and expand an existing house including a 390 sf addition. A second story is proposed over the southern half of the house along with a second story deck.
