Note: Shortened Review The proposed Community School project is planned on 1.97 acres of land located at 615 Leslie Drive, Salinas, Monterey County, CA. The project is planned to serve a master plan capacity of 150 high school age students and 15 school staff members. The structure is planned for two stories, including: 6 classrooms, administration offices, a multipurpose room with a basketball court, stage platform, and locker rooms. The project will also include outdoor hard courts, outdoor career technical education area, and parking lot with 28 spaces available. Site ingress and egress is planned along Leslie Drive with two one-way driveways one designated for each ingress and egress. School is planned to be in session from approximately 8:00 am to 1:30 pm during the weekdays.
