The approximately 996-acre project site is located at 22116 West Soledad Canyon Road in the City of Santa Clarita, Los Angeles County, CA. The Site is also known as the former Bermite Facility. The Site's topography is rugged and varied, and consists of steep hillsides with intermittent streams and deep canyons. The Site elevation ranges from approximately 1,100 feet above mean sea level in the Santa Clara River Valley to over 1,700 feet msl along the ridgelines.
