Santa Barbara City College proposes to develop the West Campus Classroom and Office Building Project on the developed College West Campus. This development will involve an amendment to the College Long Range Development Plan (LRDP) and Public Works Plan (PWP) as defined by the California Coastal Act. The proposed Project includes a complex of two structures between one- and three-stories (15- to 45-feet high), totaling 30,054 gsf.
