Document Description
The proposed Integra Perris Distribution Center Project involves the construction and operation of a 864,000 gsf of high-cube distribution or e-commerce/fulfillment center warehouse facility. One building approximately 48 feet in height is proposed. The proposed project has been designed in compliance with the Standards and Guidelines outlined in the PVCC Specific Plan, including but not limited to landscape, parkway, setback, lot coverage, Floor Area Ratio, and architectural requirements. Landscaping would be provided along Markham Street, and Nance Street. Infrastructure would be installed and roadway improvements would be constructed to serve the project.
