Document Description
The LAC+USC Medical Center Campus Master Plan would guide future development on the campus over a period of approximately 25 years (2015-2040) and would influence the delivery of health care services and health-related community programs. Development under the master plan would include the construction of new, or renovation of existing, office space for medical uses; retail space; open space; and parking. Demolition of some existing buildings and structures would be required to accommodate new development. Full buildout of the master plan could result in a total of approximately 1,725,000 sf of development throughout the campus.
