Note: Notice of Availability - FONSI The proposed project would construct a new tight diamond interchange along SR 210 at Pepper Avenue (between PM 19.3 and PM 20.1). The project would provide freeway access ramps at each of the four quadrants of the interchange. In addition, Pepper Avenue would be widened from 2-4 through lanes from Highland Avenue to south of the intersection of Pepper Avenue and the new eastbound ramps.
