CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0064-R6 (Revision 2), pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Southern California Edison. The project includes upgrades to the existing West of Devers transmission line between Devers, El Casco, Vista, and San Bernardino Substations to increase electric power transmission capacity. The project will replace existing 220- kilovolt (kV) transmission lines and associated structures with new, higher-capacity 220 kV transmission lines and structures; modify existing substation facilities; remove and replace existing subtransmission (66 kV) lines; remove and replace existing distribution (12 kV) lines; and make various telecommunication system and access road improvements.
