The City of San Juan Capistrano is proposing to extend an 8-inch sewer main approximately 800 feet from the Swanner House to point between an existing settling basin and the railroad tracks prior to discharging into the 33-inch sewer main owned and maintained by Moulton-Niguel Water District located on the west side of the Southern California Regional Rail Authority tracks.
