Document Description
The project originally included three separate tentative tract maps (25316, 25745, and 30552) that encompassed 240.5 acres subdivided into 835 lots. In 2007, preliminary construction activities took place, including mass grading, elevating the residential pads, and creating roads and detention basins (Agreement 1600-2003-5014-R6). No additional impacts have occurred since the original project activities. This Agreement includes the construction of approximately 756 homes, which requires the rescaping/recontouring of the pads and infrastructure. The construction of the Project will permanently impact 0.90 acres of Fish and Game Code section 1602 resources.
