The proposed Project includes adoption, construction and implementation of the Cimarron Ridge Specific Plan which comprises a land use plan, designation of planning areas, circulation network, open space and recreation standards, development standards and maintenance requirements. The Specific Plan also sets forth guidelines for landscape and architectural design, infrastructure plans, phasing of development and administrative procedures.
