- The Lead Agency is proposing to install a new emergency power generator at their existing Well No. 5 site for the purpose of providing power to the well and booster pumps in the event of a power outage at the site. The generator will be operated only in the event of power outages at the site and occasional testing of the equipment by LPUD and the Air Pollution Control District. The generator will be diesel fueled. The generator and associated improvements will be constructed within LPUD's previously disturbed Well No. 5 site.
