The project will permanently impact a maximum of 0.08 acre of stream bed, bank, channel and/or wetland/riparian vegetation. Mitigation for the permanent impacts will be through 0.11 acre of wetland creation adjacent to the existing drainage onsite and 0.12 acre of onsite wetland enhancement.
