Document Description
The Lead Agency is proposing to construct a 6.6 mile, 48-inch diameter steel potable water transmission main. The project will take place within existing Right of Way and easements along 80th Street West between Avenue H and Avenue L, along Avenue L between 80th Street West and 70th Street West, and along 70th Street West between Avenue L and the connection point to the Agency's existing transmission system near Avenue M-8. The project may also be undertaken under an alternative alignment along Avenue K between 80th Street West and 70th Street West and along 70th Street West between Avenue K and Avenue L all within unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County and West Lancaster.
