- Document Description
- The proposed project consists of the demolition of the former Long Beach Courthouse building and would entail the removal of reinforced concrete, structural steel, siding, glass, and other building materials from the project site. Following completion of the demolition activities, the project site would be secured with a fence to prevent unauthorized individuals from entering the project site. While development of the project site in the future is likely, at this time, no firm plans for the project site reached the level of a proposed or reasonably foreseeable project.
