Document Description
The Project is limited to the removal and replacement of an existing culvert that passes beneath Risa Road in the city of Lafayette, Contra Costa County, in the State of California. The culvert is approximately 24 inches in diameter and will be in approximately the same location as the previously existing culvert. The outfall will be protected with 234 square feet of non-grouted rip-rap. Disturbed soils will be seeded with a native mix. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2013-0401-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Matt Branagh for the Woodbury, LLC.
