Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry Permit (ROE) to Floor Connection, sub-contractor to concessionaire Destination Cinema or its contractors will notify State Parks at least 48 hours before work commences. All work conducted pursuant to this ROE will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, The Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
