Document Description
A small sand bag ring was constructed and provided with a pipe outlet to obtain seepage rate measurements from a boil in March 2011, DFD staff shall remove the deteriorated sand bags from the existing temporary structure and replace with new sand bags within the existing footprint of the original sand bag ring. This repair is intended to prolong the sand bag ring's life and secure reliable seepage measurements until a permanent installation can be permitted and constructed.
