Document Description
The California Department of Transportation proposes a State funded Project to remove wooden post guard rail and create a Clear Recovery Zone in (SR) 36 in Trinity County, between (PM) 12.00 and 12.05. The existing guardrail has consistently hampered snow removal activities. A bench will be created approximately half way down the road slope and material will be built up from this bench to accomodate a larger road shoulder and create the full Clear Recovery Zone.
