Document Description
The project is located approximately 3 miles north of Denair at 4500 Gratton Road, Denair, CA 95316. The school is located on the southeast corner of the Gratton Road and Doerksen Road Intersection on a tract of land in the southwest quarter of Section 20, T4S, R11E, Mount Diablo Base and Meridan. A new 350 gallon pressure tank will be installed at the well site on the new concrete pad. Approximately 462 feet of new 2" water pipe will be installed within the school property. The well pump will be capable of delivering 50 gpm with 85 psig. All water lines will be 2" diameter.
