Document Description
This project proposes the acquisition and sale of real property and conditional vacation of the public alley which are necessary steps for the new courthouse. The City of Modesto proposes to acquire six parcels within the downtown block. The State of California will then acquire all of the parcels within this block for the development of the new courthouse. This project also includes the conditional vacation of the alley located within this block.
