The project involves reconstruction and diversion from an existing diversion point on San Gregorio Creek. Alterations to water diversion activities are consistent with the Permittee's existing water rights as authorized by the Permittee's water allotments within the San Gregorio Creek Stream System Adjudication (Superior Court of San Mateo, Decree 355792, or "Decree") and License for Diversion and Use of Water (State Water Resources Control Board, License 12191 or "L12191"). CDFW is issuing a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2013-0427-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
