Document Description
To support continued maintenance and use, the upper parking lots in Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve will be repaired, slurry sealed and restriped. Root blocking barriers will be installed where needed to prevent future heaving. Curbing will be added to protect plantings from vehicle traffic, hold back soil and prevent moisture loss.
