Emergency permit to Lockheed Martin Space System (Lockheed) to treat hazardous waste by chemical stabilization in containers. The waste to be treated consists of 15 containers of hazardous waste compounds (Compound) by chemical stabilization.
The emergency permit is effective beginning April 30th, 2014 and shall expire June 30th, 2014. The treatment activities will be conducted by qualified reactive materail technicians from CHES.
