The California Department of Public Health (Department), as the responsible agency, will be issuing a water supply permit. The Cucamonga Valley Water District proposed project includes replacement of membrane filters at the Arthur H. Bridge Water Treatment Plant. The membranes have reached the end of their useful life and the District is replacing the system with a pressurized filtration system that will be more efficient and require less maintenance.
