Document Description
The purpose of this project is to replace all the non-functional wood frame windows in both residence 1 and 2 and the garage. The existing windows are not safe or energy efficient as they do not close or open properly. The window hardware has deteriorated to the point of being inoperable. The new windows will be vinyl framed single slider and the color and appearance will match the existing windows as closely as possible. The replacement windows will be dual paned and energy efficient.
