CDFW is executing a Lake Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code. The Project includes the removal of existing concrete rubble, debris, and box culvert from Packwood Creek upstream of the Tulare Avenue crossing. As well as the installation of a new pedestrian footbridge over Packwood Creek.
